DOH Medical Sales have skyrocketed in recent months. According to CCRS records, there were only 34 DOH Compliance samples statewide in the month of March. In July, that number ballooned to 1,561. That’s a 4,500% increase! 60% of all DOH Compliance tests submitted to CCRS in the month of July were from brands participating in the Certified With Confidence™ Program.

info

As of May 8th, 2023, Confidence Analytics now tests for DDD, DDE, and DDT (collectively “DDX”), upon request.

  • The DDX test is a $50 add-on to a regular pesticide test.
  • DDX can also be purchased stand-alone for $120.
  • DDX testing is voluntary and confidential. You can choose to have the results added to your Certificate of Analysis, or not*. We do not report DDX test results to the seed-to-sale tracking system.
* in order to withhold DDX results from the Certificate of Analysis, the DDX test must be applied as a stand-alone test on an independent sample.

It's alive!

CCRS Reporting – It’s ALIVE! Frankenstein afraid of CCRS reporting.

With more milestones are on the horizon.

And much like Frankenstein’s monster it seems assembled from random body parts and regulatory hijinks, animated by the LCB. CCRS reporting has officially entered our lives eight feet tall and enormously strong but with the mind of a newborn.

The Cannabis Central Reporting System (CCRS) – it’s a GO for December.

This blog post is part of a series. See our other recent updates on CCRS traceability:

Yesterday the WSLCB responded to an inquiry from the Cannabis Observer’s Gregory Foster. The Cannabis Observer reported: “November 17th was the ‘go/no-go decision point’ for the internal WSLCB CCRS Traceability Steering Committee to decide whether to proceed… said [CFO Jim] Morgan, and ‘at this point, all signs are pointing to that being a go’.”
